MMG Insurance Statement

The Company (Registration No. 200702703K) is incorporated in Singapore with its principal place of business and registered office at 8 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 1, #09-05, Singapore 018960. The financial statements are expressed in United States dollars.

The principal activities of the Company are those of a captive insurer licensed under the Insurance Act 1966. The Company may underwrite risks of its parent and related companies as defined under Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies Act 1967 and such other risks as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) may allow.

The holding companies are MMG Limited and Album Investment Private Limited, which are incorporated in the Hong Kong and the Republic of Singapore respectively.

The Company has engaged Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd as its captive manager.
